One of the most anticipated jazz events of the year!

Tickets are priced at $24/general, $20/seniors or JazzFresno members, and $15/students. They are available at the Roger Rocka’s Dinner Theater box office (1226 N. Dinner and appetizers are available for purchase from 6:00 p.m.

The Jazz Composers Orchestra will perform its final concert of the year on Monday, December 10, 2018 at 7:30 p.m. at Roger Rocka’s Dinner Theater in Fresno’s Tower District.

Fans of the “JCO” know the band for its unique ability to blend adventurous and original new music with jazz standards and classics. This season’s concert continues that tradition, with exciting original compositions, reinventions of jazz standards, new takes on holiday favorites, and world premieres by JCO members Joe Lewis and Mike Dana.

The Jazz Composers Orchestra is an all-star 18-piece ensemble directed by Mike Dana. The roster (below) reads like a “who’s who” of jazz in the Valley. Members include music faculty at FCC, CSU Fresno, and many other valley schools. All play professionally as well, and have performed with an impressive lineup of jazz and pop artists.
